innovationlex is a Hub for Intellectual Property, Law and Technology based in Kigali, Rwanda. innovationlex started its activities early-2017. It merged with Amicus Jurists end-2017, and it re-became autonomous Mid-2021 to focus on specialization in Intellectual Property, Law & Technology.

innovationlex is focused on the global character of Intellectual Property and Digital technologies.

In the context of contribution to Law development, innovationlex took the lead in the specialization of private legal services in Intellectual Property, Law and Technology for better service delivery in the jurisdiction of its primary operations .

In Intellectual Property, innovationlex offers services of Consultancy and Training activities, Arbitration, Mediation, and Litigation.

In the field of Law & Technology, it offers services of Consultancy and Training.

Profile for the Founder & Managing Partner:

Adv. Cyridion Nsengumuremyi, LL.M, MCIArb

Cyridion Nsengumuremyi is a Founder and Managing Partner of innovationlex.

He is an Intellectual Property Lawyer (LL.M). Cyridion Nsengumuremyi is a Holder of Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from a joint Master Program between University of Turin, Italy and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He is a lecturer of Intellectual Property and he is a practicing Attorney that focuses on Intellectual property matters via litigation, Arbitration or Mediation.

Cyridion Nsengumuremyi is also a researcher in the field of digital technologies through the lens of the rights of the child.

He is a trained Arbitrator (MCIArb) and Mediator (Edwards Mediation Academy). He is on the panel of Domestic arbitrators at the Kigali International Arbitration Center (KIAC), and he is an Accredited Court Mediator in Rwanda.
